33.one. The events concur that the arbitration shall be saved private. The existence of the arbitration, the existence or content in the Claim, all files and data delivered or exchanged in connection with the arbitration, and any submissions, orders or awards made during the arbitration shall be saved confidential and no occasion shall disclose any
